T. Lang Dance’s residency at CTR Culture Studios creates poetic movement landscapes, illustrating deep and rousing investigations into interdisciplinary creative practices, historical narratives, and identity. The T. Lang Dance School is a movement academy for youth ages 13–18. Inspired by T. Lang Dance’s trailblazing choreographic and teaching practices, the academy extends the company’s devotion to movement as a force of memory, imagination, and transformation. At URSA MAJOR, students are not shaped to fit existing systems. They are invited to learn how to perform and choreograph entirely new worlds.

A project of Fulton County Arts & Culture’s Public Art Division, the Public Art Futures Lab within CTR Culture Studios is an award-winning initiative that expands access to art, emerging technology, and creative experimentation. Through artist residencies, public programs, and cross-sector partnerships, we empower artists and communities to explore new tools, ask critical questions, and create meaningful public experiences that connect creativity, civic life, and the future.
